A big part of my life is triathlon. I enjoy training for and competing in a variety of different races from Olympic distance to full Ironman distance. After learning about the hundreds of orphaned children with Down syndrome living throughout the world I felt I needed to do something to help. After some thought, the idea of RODS Racing was born.
RODS Racing (Racing for Orphans with Down Syndrome) was created to provide an opportunity for individuals who have a love for one of the many different types of racing (running, biking, swimming, etc) and that have a desire to race for a cause to come together to make a difference for these precious children.
Since the creation of RODS Racing, we have had people from all around the world reach out to us to become involved. Their story's and talents they bring to the table are incredible!
